Default Help with FB page

I am trying to use the Static fbml app to make a custom landing page. Well, I have the landing page image done (kinda, I want to rework it once I figure out the installation). I have successfully added it to my page, but I cannot seem to get that tab properly set as my default landing page for visitors. It clearly says in the admin (permissions) area "default landing page" with a drop down menu of all of the tabs, I click on welcome, hit save and then NOTHING!!! It lands on my wall. What the heck am I doing wrong? Anybody know? Probably one dumb little box that I need to tick or something.
My page is in my signature if you want to check it out.

Nicole,
I checked your FB page & it does have Welcome page as your default landing page. Either you fixed it or it was just a case of refreshing your browser, but it's working Yay!!

People who're fans of your page (or 'Likers') land on your wall by default. Non-fans will land on your splash page. I think that's how it works.

Sign out of FB and go directly to your business' URL... I believe it will go to your splash page.
