Default does anyone just take pictures with their iPhone?

I'm wondering if anyone here is an iPhone photography enthusiast. Is there such a thing?
I'd love to read about tips and tricks of iphone photography if such a thing exists here

I take a lot of photos with my iPhone..

Usually when I'm out shopping cos it's the easiest and quickest way to remember prices and things.

Just like SwissJon, I use my phone's camera for note taking mostly.

I enjoy taking photos with my iPhone now and then.Usually it's either where I want to use the apps for some post-processing that I know would take longer or where I really want to grab a picture of something and don't have my other camera on hand. Of course, I also use it for prices and things I want to remember, but... An example or two of some iPhone shots I like:

10101/101101101.2010

The kiwi was scribbled into a wood desk at uni. It was edited using the "Best Camera" app. I like that one because it lets you layer effects.

11101/101101101.2010

And this one was of the art museum when it was covered in polka dots for an exhibition. This one was taken using the Hipstamatic app, and odds are, I just used the random setting for that one. That's my fav part of that app is just shaking it for a random setting.

Get the amazon.com app....On iPhone 4:
You can scan a bar code with the camera, and amazon will tell you how much you can get it from them. You can even add it to your wish list right there in the store.

I like my iPhone camera. Although I always have my big camera... Sometimes it's just really easy and convenient to whip it out and snap a iPhoto. It's also a bit stealthier...

The amazon app works on the 3GS too, as does the fleabay app, and something called red laser..

I think the reason I don't use my camera for anything else is because it's a 3GS and only has 2mpx camera.. It's ok in the pub when I'm having a laugh with my mates, but really the size of the photos isn't worth getting interested about.. The iPhone 5 is due out around the time my contract is up for renewal, so I'll probably get one of them, it's supposed to have an 8mpx camera.

I love Chase and all, however he's let his iPhone app run into the ground. At least that's how it feels. The mantra of the best camera is the one you have on you is the biggest truth in photography though.

I'm actually writing from Mexico right now - I needed a break from all the sun and I didn't wnat a nap. I've gotten my DSLR out once in 3 days. This isn't a surprise to me though; it's actually expected. My website has become fascinated by the mobile photography revolution. I see iPhone and all mobile photography as something very exciting and it's only the beginning.

There is a book to look up called Obsession. It's amazing.

There is still a lot of push back around mobile photography from a lot of photographers. Somtimes it's frustrating and sometimes it's the best thing ever. You can feel like a pioneer or an early day explorer.

Check out my blog sometime Incubator for Photography Business Growth and Mobile Photography | Nuwomb Blog as I'm looking to really push it once back from Mexico. iPhone photography [mobile photography in general] is very exciting and it's a great time to be a photographer.
