Libya, Hondros and Hetherington

As you may or may not know, yesterday we lost two of the best photojournalists in the world in an RPG attack in Misrata, Libya: Chris Hondros (Getty Images) and Tim Hetherington ("Restrepo" director).

There's nothing I can really add beyond expressing my profound sadness at the loss of two incredible humans. If you aren't familiar with their work (though I'm certain you've seen it), take a moment to appreciate their contribution to history. "Restrepo" is streaming on Netflix, and Hetherington recently produced a piece called Diary as a retrospective on 10 years of conflict reporting.
