I know I'm probably a day late and a dollar short on this, but I thought there just might be someone out there that doesn't already know about this site.

Found it the other day, and yeah it's one more step at flickr, but you can post a link right under your image that viewers can click to see the picture on full black background. Kinda nice. Also can choose full white background if for some reason you felt that suited your image better.

The Big Huge Labs website (this is only one of their services, for a full list click here: BigHugeLabs: Do fun stuff with your photos) has been around for long now, and it seems like folks at Flickr noticed that many people were putting the "View on black" links under their images, so they embedded this feature into Flickr itself. You just have to left-click on an image and it will show it slightly larger and on black background. But if you want a white background, the method you posted is still the way to go.

ohhhhh, well see I didn't know that flickr had done that! lol...like I mentioned, I figured it was old news, but hey, it was new to me.
