Ads? This place has ads? (I gotta admit; I use firefox and turn off a lot of the **********ing and I don't get as many ads and pop-ups as many people do.)

Hell, even on Safari the only ones I see are the top and side banners. Neither is particularly distracting.

It's the same for me, and I use Opera. It might have to do with out geo location..

yeah i only ever see banner ads, with the occasional gambling popup on certain websites. nothing annoying here on DPS. i use mainly FireFox, and i use IE to double-login to separate Facebook accounts. do i have AdBlock? i don't freakin' know. used to, but FireFox seems to update every 45 minutes (ok, i exaggerate) and sometimes the plugins break for a bit.

I'm not complaining.

I'm not talking about your run of the mill side banners... no issues from me, nor do i have a problem with the header banner either.

this one, was one of those bastards that covers have the screen and won't let you view the page until you click it away.

It was a scroll down banner that covered the page...

Is different.
