I'd avoid them. They have a really bad reputation. Check them out on resellerratings.com.

Thanx susan, that was the feeling I was getting..although I'm sure amex would stand up for me if there was an issue, it just might not be worth the hassle..

Haven't used them in years, but believe they were an OK supplier. And if you're buying through amazon, I'm sure they will stand behind the purchase

Good update on them Susan...so it's caveat emptor then. I guess it also depends on what your buying...an expensive item as a lens, maybe best to avoid. But, if it's a battery, or a grey card, or reflecter...possibly OK

yes buying thru amazon with american express, so maybe even double coverage...I wanting to use my amex rewards points for a 1100.00 lens, so it's really a freebie at this point. The reseller ratings on amazon are mostly good, whoever on resellerratings.com they mostly suck...time to read more amazon fine print..

I bought my Opteka battery grip and extension tubes thru them on Amazon, didn't have a problem.

I got a poor person's fishye from them a couple of years ago and had no problems and that's from a Brit! I did buy through Amazon tho' so if there was anything phoney going on then they would have sorted things out for me.

I've bought from them off ebay a couple times, no problems. Even went in their store in NYC once.
