Very oblique. Didn't tell me much about it other than you though it worth the price. (what exactly did you learn in person (as opposed to a good book) that was worth $160?).
I personally don't find links to personal blogs quite "appropriate" for the forum....feels like "marketing" to me.

Sorry to disappoint. Others found it helpfully direct. The link to the handout describes much of what was presented.

And frankly, I don't think anyone other than me cares about what I learned, but to each his own.
