I was intrigued to see what MS's Photo Story did, so as it's free, I downloaded it to see for myself.
Quite interesting, you select the photos you want to display, add theme music etc. and it converts your shots to a .wmv slide show, zooming in or out, panning from one side to another for a time you specify. You can adjust all of the settings yourself or just use the 'auto' setting. Does anyone use this? And if you do use it, what use do you put it to? Art exhibit? Show your shots to friends and rellies? or ... just something to do to amuse yourself - like I did? ![]() John

Well, looks like we're on our lonesome CurlyCorry.
Was just curious cos I remember back around 1980 (back in the days when everyone used film ) the photography HOD of a college here was experimenting with presentations using audio-visual techniques, and asked me to create some atmospheric music and sound effects for an exhibition of his in a local gallery (many are the hours I spent on the keyboard, in rainforests getting stereo recordings of water trickling over rocks and bird calls, and at the beach recording gentle waves rolling in) - the exhibition was popular here but dunno whether the idea really caught on - thought this might be the modern digital equivalent ... oh well
