I love how they used a shot that was IN FOCUS (on the Mercedes emblem) to make him look bad, and calling it "blurry".

retards

I'd love to see the whole set and see the great shots that they didn't complain about.

....I don't get the phone shot though.

On the bright side, I think the debate is finally over.... He was shooting Canon, so obviously the Nikon autofocus system is truly better

At least from what I skimmed over he's only being sued for his fee. Someone responded "he should have to pay for the whole wedding!" why? She got to eat the cake, wear the dress, and people got to watch. I think no one who sues a photographer should ever get more than the fee. Punitive damages just don't figure into it. Even the mail off film thing at walmart used to caution "if your film is lost we will only pay the replacement cost of the roll of film".

The only one I object to is the last one shown in that article: needed more DoF and a shorter shutterspeed, but by the looks of things he was pushing it as is. Should have thrown a flash to bounce off the ceiling.
