Default Finally took the big plunge...

...and ordered my first DSLR, a Canon 5D. After three years of yearning and quietly stalking this forum, it's time to start participating and learning!

...amazing how difficult it is to resist refreshing the Fedex tracking page every ten minutes.

Did you also order a speedlight?..You know there is no on camera flash on the 5D

Yes sir, you bet I did. But it's more exciting to anticipate the body than a little gadget.

Download the FedEx desktop, auto updates you every time there's a status change

totally jealous! While I shoot Nikon, that is an amazing camera and just makes me want to upgrade.
