Scroll down to the bottom of the page of the section you posted something you would like to have deleted. The mods that work that section will be listed.

Click one of their name, and send them a message from the page you end up on.

That might work. Best bet is to never post anything that might embarrass you in the future.

Easier way would be to report your post you wanted removed and list why.
