Default I joined the Firefox 4 beta team

Just downloaded Firefox 4. So far the first thing I'm noticing is this browser is quite zippy. The only issue right now is its not compatible with my Colorful Tabs plugin. I don't know, that could be a serious deal breaker right there...

I am also a bit of a computer geek and have had FF 4.0 Beta 12 for about a week now. Yes, some of my favorite add-ons don't work with this version, but I suspect it is only a matter of time before they catch up. What does all of this to do with photography? Not a lot, though one of my favorite add-ons is TinEye, that allows you to check who may be borrowing your images. That alone makes this browser, as well as Chrome and Opera, worth the effort to master.
Now that I have checked, I see that there are also TinEye plug-ins for IE and Safari as well. So unless you are using one of those esoteric browsers like Konqueror or Midori, your in luck. (TinEye is a reverse image search tool that allows you to see where else on th web your image may be posted. More than one person has caught their images being used commercially without permission! Depending on the laws where you live that could potentially mean money in your pocket.)

Oh yes. I've been using TinEye for about 4 months now. I find it indispensable!

I've had the beta for a few months now, but only on one machine. Plugins will most likely be updated once the official release hits.
