FB Business Page changes

For those who didnt see it yet and have a FB page for their photography, they have rolled out new changes to bring business pages in line with the personal profile changes they enacted a short while ago.

Now you can toggle between your pages, and will also receive notifications when people add (Like) your page, as well as when people post comments, much the same as your regular page...

the overall look is similar to personal pages also..

right now its in the preview stage, but will be enforced across the board in March.

Definitely a major improvement. I'd still like to be able to able to post on my fan page as myself sometimes, but the changes are definitely a step in the right direction.

I've noticed my suggest to friends deal no longer works. How do you switch to the new version?

I saw this last night, seems to work pretty well, am impressed with the new way photo's are viewed on the black background across all of Facebook also.
Windrider under account options mine gave me the option to Upgrade Now to the new version and said something about all pages will be automatically changed in March.

Ditto this. I hate how you view photos now, but I guess I'll just have to get used to it. LOVE that we get notifications now. I was always scouring my page for comments to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Oh dear heavens. I just checked my email for the first time since I installed the new page layout. Facebook is sending me an individual email for every activity that happens on my page. Gotta figure out how to make that stop A notification (the red box) is completely fine...I need no more.

My poor neglected page is now changed. I dig the black viewer though. It makes my crappy pictures more classy looking!.
