Help Wanted - Job Opportunity

I'm looking for someone to help out at dog sport events.

Part time, mostly weekends. Primarily in VA and MD. You'll be an independent contractor, which makes you responsible for your own taxes, etc.

While I'd love to have one person at all events who knows the process well, the drive could get long for some so I'll entertain multiple prospects.

Primary responsibilities:

Running the viewing stations
Collecting Payments
Download, sort, cull convert & upload photos to the viewing stations
Help dog owners find & order their photos

Required Skills
Know your way around a Mac.
Know how to use Photo Mechanic to download, sort, & cull.
Calculate and collect payments correctly.

Desired skills
Ability to use Photo Mechanic to code, convert raw files to JPG with data embedded in the "Instructions" field of the metadata. (Pretty easy to learn)

Skills you will need to learn if you don't have them.

Manage Photo Cart admin areas to include gallery creation, price list management, discount management, etc.
Use Dave's Uploader to upload photos after conversion.



Photography?
Not really required but if you have an interest, I'm happy to have a break now and then. Photography skills could also come in handy if I need you to step in if there are issues with the viewing stations.

Any photography will be "work for hire" and I'll retain all rights.
