Default Associate Photographer

Well, how things change.
I have an exciting little piece of news.
This week I will sign a 2 year “Associate photographer” contract with a local Professional Wedding Photographer.

Basically, she’s going to teach me everything she knows and I will second shoot every wedding for her.
In the event she’s double booked, or is too busy to shoot the number of Weddings she’s booked then I’ll shoot as Primary on her behalf.
Training?
Well, basically I just ask. And we will arrange special sessions for posing and directing etc. Etc. : )
The pay is very generous IMHO, and all expenses in travel are covered.
I also get to use all the images I take in my portfolio.

One small caveat,
I can’t advertise my own brand in relation to Wedding photography, but can work off of referrals
No biggie, I have a plan

We’re setting up a mugshot and portfolio on her website so brides can see who they are going to get.
So, the word “excited” doesn’t quite fit.
This kinda’ does though:
Snoopy Dance
