Ok, bit of backstory. I was talking to my Mom the other day, and she mentioned that my sister would probably be contacting me about using my photos to do up a website presentation. My sister is about to graduate Graphics Art school. Some woman contacted the school asking if one of the students could revamp her website. My sister was the only one to respond. The lady loved what she did, so she showed the website to her brother. Who is apparently some photographer who, from the way my Mother made it sound, is a well known photographer. I'm not sure if they choose one person or many for this, but he was a photographer at the Obama Inauguration. He also apparently travels the world for what he does, and I guess has some big name clients.
So she asked if she could build me a website, using my photos, to make a presentation of what she would do for him. So I now have my own website, with my own personal free website designer working on it, and my photos will be seen by some unknown photographer. Of course, I'm not looking to start a business anytime soon, but it'll be nice to have my own website already set up for when I do. Just thought I'd share.
