Facebook tag setting?

Does anybody know how to set facebook to allow people to tag themselves in photos that you post on a page. To be specific, I need to allow people who are fans of my page, but not "friends" on my personal profile to tag themselves.
I cannot figure it out. I have googled and tried all of the stuff posted on the facebook discussion pages, but nothing seems to work.
Anyone know?

try this...
go to you fanpage, under your profile image click edit page
click apps, under the apps list click "go to app"
select "allow all fans to tag photos"
click save
