I think Buzz is things I can't say here for his frivolous law suit. He needs to get over himself. Legally the image belongs to NASA not him.

I don't think that is the issue he is going after, from what I understand about the article posted, I never checked out the in depth link, he is suing based on using his likeness to market a product which requires a model release, except that in this case you can't see his face however it is obvious it is him (taken from the article since I haven't seen the photo or card in question). I agree, it will be interesting to see how that plays out.

The Washington Post article quotes Aldrins lawyer as saying that they tried to work out a deal with Topps for Aldrin to get monetary compensation for using it, but they didnt want to deal. So now hes suing them.
