Help needed for copyrights..!!

Hi all, i'm Rajal, posting from India. I just wanted to know how to obtain copyrights of my pictures? Or is it like we get the copyrights without any formalities? Please help me out in this case..!!

Have you tried Google? I used the search terms "india copyright law" and came up with a bunch of useful links. The first one points to the copyright office of the Indian government and includes further links to the copyright act and FAQ. If you check through the FAQ, that'll likely answer most questions you have about Indian copyright.
