I got kinda tired of the PC/Mac debate, so... I bought both.
Happy ever since.

This has been discussed at least a dozen times on this forum and I can tell you that you will not get a definitive answer. People are either extremely pro Mac or extremely pro PC. You might benefit from using the search feature for the forum and reading past discussions.

As some are extremely Mac and some are extremely Win... I'm extremely Linux. But I'm not going to try to convert you, just to share my 2¢ of experience.

But for the price of a barely decent Mac one can get a monster of a PC, then put Linux in it for free and enjoy unbelievably stable and user-friendly environment.
