Both my laptop and workstation are PC's. I built the workstation myself as experiance has taught me that's the best way to get a reliable machine.

I run Adobe Lightroom, Bridge and Photoshop CS3E and apart from being a little RAM hungry on the PC, they run fine.

I've always used PCs. Currently, I'm doing all processing using my laptop.

I'm a total Mac geek. I got into photography because of Apple's Aperture and needing to get certified to teach it for work. All of my photos go into Aperture where I rate, sort, edit and key word them and then send them to my [dot] mac web gallery, which then displays directly onto website created in iWeb. The whole process only takes about an hour for 300ish photos because of how integrated everything is. I don't think I would have gotten into any thing creative if I sill used PCs, only because I enjoyed building them too much, and not using them for anything, and not because there is anything wrong with windows. Macs just let me explore how far I can take my creativity with out having to have a bunch of 3rd party Apps that don't talk to each other.
