Default What effect / Filter is used for these shots

Hi There,

I have been looking at some really high end beauty work recently and they all seem to have this "peachy" white effect - does anyone have any suggestions how it is done?
Is it in the lighting..... I presume the ones of Nicole Kidman were shot on a white backdrop.....
Would appreciate any feedback or helpful pointers you may have
Thanks
Mel

looks to me like a slightly warm white balance with a magenta bias. Then dropping out a fair bit of the mid-tone contrast. I haven't done any of these before, but that is how I'd do it.

It's mainly lighting (to get the initial shot right) and then a helluva lot of colour processing and skin smoothing.
