Default Remind me that snow really is pretty!!

It took me 2 hours of pure hell to get my driveway cleared out of snow. I opened the garage door & there it was, a 4 foot drift. It tapered down to about 2 feet towards the end of the driveway but that's where it got hard & chunky from the snow plow driver. I bought a new snow blower last year thank God but it isn't meant for this stuff. The wind blows in circles out in front of my garage door. That means no matter which way I blow the snow, it comes right back into my face.

Now I think I have 1 decent shot with snow in it that is pretty cool but I would like to see some more shots from you guys. Like the title says:

Remind me that snow really is pretty!!

That is a nice image.

Hell it's going to get cold enough here in the next few days to snow.

Just got back from stocking up on food, so I can hibernate thru this. Damn I hate winter. Trudging through the tundra.

Snow is great! ... when you don't have to move it. :P

You should probably NOT look at my snow shoveling time-lapse entitled "Futility".

It rarely snows in my part of the world. Here's an old shot from one weekend when we did get a bit.

the issue is not so much that we're winter wimps, it's the fact that you folks are used to cold and have clothes to combat it, most of us down here don't own winter stuff, so we hibernate...
