My mom had one of those! LOL What a ripoff they were. The disks only had 15 exposures and they were not cheap! I remember borrowing it on my 8th grade trip to Washington D.C. and all my friends were jealous that I had such a high-tech camera, haha.
I guess it was a step up from the 110 camera she had that had the replaceable flash bulbs. |

I remember the 110 camera! I thought it was a step up from the polaroid I started on, the one with the bellows on the side and the little timer on the strap to let you know when to peel the picture off the backing? The 110s were big when I was in middle school. Everyone had one for class trips.
Of course, my mother and father wouldnt let me NEAR their canon ftb until my senior year in high school (1990 I think - I repressed most of high school) when they offered photography as an art class. Then I was on the bottom end of the spectrum, because everyone seemed to have an auto-exposure, auto-focus camera, and mine was ONLY manual everything. It was given to me around 10 years ago, still works great, and has some nice glass. |
