2 small dots on the viewfinder ?

Hi..
I just got a new Canon 550D 2 months back and Im loving it..

Ok just one small issue.

I see 2 small dust dots on the viewfinder, while aiming at objects in the day light.

What can they be ?

My pictures are clean, no such dots in the pictures.

One of two things:
1. dust on viewfinder
2. dust on mirror (not sensor) which is why you see it when looking through but not on your images. I'd NOT try to remove dust off mirror unless you know what you're doing. Not that it's difficult, just easy to F things up if you're clueless.

I have a permanent mark in my viewfinder. Its on the penta-mirror and is why I was able to buy my camera so cheap. Sony serviced it, told me how much to fix and that it in no way affects IQ which I verified before buying the camera. If it realty annoys you or you camara is under warranty it can be fixed but if not its not an issue. You could try blowing on your mirror with a sensor bulb.
