Default Your Dream Shoot?

What would be your ultimate shoot at this very moment? Someone famous? Simply to be working in a studio? Taking photos from space?

I think at this stage my favourite photo shoot or set of photos to take would be to get some great black and white flash portraits similar to these photos I've taken of my friends and people I know:

Portrait - Scott | Flickr - Photo Sharing!
Portrait - Hamon | Flickr - Photo Sharing!
Dave | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

But of the celebrities with very interesting faces or ones I love watching on screen such as:

Male actors
  • Robert Carlyle
  • Christian Bale
  • Daniel Craig
  • Matt Damon
  • Sam Rockwell
  • Viggo Mortensen
  • Woody Harrelson

Female actors
  • Rachel McAdams
  • Julianne Moore
  • Ellen Paige
  • Zoe Deschanel
  • Zoe Saldana
  • Mélanie Laurent

They're not just "pretty" or "slick", they each to me have defining and unique faces and there's many more I could name that I think would look great in a B&W flash portrait style (something I'm starting to love doing).

What would be your ultimate shoot or set of photos to take if you could get it right now?

The greatest landscapes on earth.

Interesting animals in their habitat.

Great minds, people who excel in their fields.

Street people all over the world.

No “stars”!

I really don't get into portraiture as much as others... I'm more of a photojournalism/nature type girl... but actually having the time to travel farther in Asia than my own back yard would be nice haha. Hopefully some day... a little holiday to Thailand is planned for the summer so that should be fun ^ ^

I'm not a portraiture person either so I'd have to say that a photography trip to Egypt would be top of my list right now.

Developing the ability to fly while taking pictures.
More possible, a trip to somewhere cold an mountainous like Yukon, Baffin islands, or the Himalayas

I recently finished a project with a woman throughout her pregnancy (actually started at 8 weeks). I will post the results soon.. but my point is that I'd love to do another long term projects. Something like following a newborn through to adulthood) and call it something like "0 to 21 - Portraits" I would photograph the newborn every week for six months, every month for the next year, then every 3rd month until like 10 then once a year until 21 (if I live another 21 years haha). The goal is to use pretty much exactly the same lighting and background so that the image is only about the subject.

Problem is, I've never lived in a place longer than 4 consecutive years.

So I'll try to find another long term project.
But that'd be my goal right now.

+1 on that, but how about the Suicide Girls outside in some great far away landscapes?

Perfection.

Of course, no one says my images would be up to the challenge, but as long as we are making lists...

I do Portraiture Photography for side money. Shooting some one famous would just make me nervous.

So my dream shoot would be what I love architecture and landscape photography.

I would say me my Nikon FM2N with some Kodak BW film, My Canon 20d, and my Polaroid Land Camera 340 with a bunch of FujiFilm FP100BW . In the following locations.

Prague - in the Czech Republic
Japan
IceLand

Would love to have a Canon 5D MKII to do some time laps at those locations. Possibly a mechanized dolly.
