Default Help!!! Someone Wants One of My Images
I need some assistance here. A friend of mine was looking through my images on FB and she e-mailed and said she wanted to "use" a couple of them for her company's 2011 Calendar and would use my name. Use? Really? I think not! I told her we could meet for lunch and discuss it. I have no intention on letting her or her company "use" any of my images. This is new territory for me and I am quite nervous about it. First, I have no idea how much to charge; and secondly, I have no idea what kind of form to use for her company's signature. I am completely clueless here. I would so appreciate some advice. Thank you so much!

They can "use" them... limited rights for that run of Calendars only and they pay you.

Pretty simple.

Thanks for your input Eric. Now, where do I find a form that spells out the limited rights use?
