I remember seeing one of the brownies when I was a kid in the 70s. I dont ever remember anyone taking a picture with it, but I found it in a drawer somewhere. We had a folding bellows type thing to. I used it a few times. It came with a little timer, after you pulled out the picture, you had to time it before you peeled off the backing. Not sure who made it though. When folded up in its box it sort of resembled a claymore mine.

Heh heh, the folding bellows camera would have been a Polaroid - most likely in the 200 range, like the one in my collection, or an 800 model if it was made of metal, not plastic. I love those cameras, they're so huge and clunky, and you can smell the years on them. Thanks for looking.

Nice collection. I want your Brownie Twin 20.
I have a some of the same cameras. The Polaroid Land camera you have there looks like a 200 series. I have modified a 340 and a 420 to take triple A's. I have a 200 series also but have not modified it. You can buy pack film at b and h from fuji film. Like FP100C or FP100BW. You also have a sx70 I have one of those to you can get film for it from the impossible project. Heres my posts on modifying the cameras give it a try they are allot of fun. Just make sure the rollers are clean!!!. ![]() 340 conversion: Polaroid Land Camera 340 – AAA Battery Modification – Brian Hursey Photography 420 conversion: Polaroid Land Camera 420 – AAA Battery Modification – Brian Hursey Photography The 210 i have has a 3v battery so the conversion would be more like the 420 but the 340 post has more detail on removing all the extra plastic in the battery compartment. The battery pack would just be 2 cells instead of 3. Ohh ya here is most of my collection. Camera Collection 1909-2004 - a set on Flickr

@bhursey - thanks for the info! I would love to give some of these a go, it's on my list of things to do. I do have one pack of Time-Zero for the SX-70, I'm waiting for something extra special to shoot it on though. And that is some collection you have there!
@Everyone else - thanks for looking!
