Default Entered a Photography Contest, Please Vote if you Like it...

Hey Everyone.

So I entered my very first photography contest (its to win a Black Rapid neck strap that I really like)

I was wondering if you had the time (and only if you Like my photo's) to click the link bellow and click Vote.

Meaghan Reuben <---- Link

Even if you do not want to vote, I would love some *Constructive* feed back on my photos.
The theme was Black and White and you were allowed ONE entry in each catagory (Portrait, Landscape and Still Life)

Thank for your time everyone.
Cheers
Megs

Thank you SOOooo Much Lionaashlee

The picture of the little girl is my Neice... I took that picture with my 4 Megapixel point and shoot camera (before i had the money for my DSLR camera a month or so ago)
We went for a walk and she was in her Sunday Dress and thought she killed a lady bug, so the horrible Aunt that I am, I took a picture FIRST, and Then Cheered her up

Done! Blackrapid makes some nice straps. Unfortunately my local camera shop has never heard of them. So I will have to buy online and have it shipped.

The girl is a stunner! I'd vote for that one. Great capture, with nice distribution of tones.

The boardwalk is a bit fuzzy to me and tones appear very similar on my screen?

Thanks dbevisjer I appreciate it.

My local (or anywhere) camera shops haven't heard of them either. Maybe because I'm in Canada lol

Hey Photologyst, THANKS !!! I was really proud of that photo, exsepcially since i was working with a point and shoot.

If you click on the board walk photo it enlarges it to, almost, full screen size. Does it still look blury to you at that size? It doesnt to me on my computer, so I'm curious.

As for the Tones appearing similar, I can deffinitly see how it comes across that way... it was an over cast day, so the whole sky was acting like a "soft box" so the sun wasn't out to add some depth.
