Default Digital Watermarks...

The whole Cooks Source debacle has me thinking about copyrights and fair usage of material posted to the internet. Does anyone know if there is a digital watermarking technology out there that will alert you to when someone is using your images without permission?

The internet is public domain huh? News to me! Also, the Cooks Source facebook page is pretty darn funny right now.
