I was out shooting at a local sports match at the weekend where my local club was playing. This attracted a number of spectators that I knew, who at the sight of my camera and lens, started the same old comments in jest. I usually ignore them becuase they have become tedious after the 100th or so time of hearing comments that equate to having a big lens = you're some sort of perv and the whole, ooo what do you do with the pics once you get them home...
Anyone experienced anything similar and what sort of responses to you normall come back with, or do you just ignore? Last edited by jamesev; 11-02-2010 at 10:38 AM. |

I am merely quoting; that particular put down is one of British comedian Peter Kay's. I've found it useful at various points in my life. Go forth and use it wisely.
