Ever you did a thought to use a "deaf signs" in American Sign Language in your photography to take pictures of deaf signs? I am talking about other deaf signs.
Tip: Everyone knows about only deaf signs to use a photography is "I love you deaf sign". |

No, but it is a good idea. Since photography is a medium that conveys meaning through images, rather than words, it correlates nicely with sign language. You could therefore convey extra meaning to a picture without having to resort to having a model hold up a piece of paper.
Of course there are very famous photos that use hand signs (but not necessarily ASL) to bring across a powerful message. A good example being the many images of Churchill giving the V sign.

My son came home from school the other day with a sheet with some sign language on. It was really cool. They were just basic phrases. I'll dig it out of his school bag and create a message for you, Photography. There are a few hearing impaired children in his class so they have to teach the other children how to communicate which I think is great!
My son did get into trouble and had to have detention the other day because they were watching a projector show and my son made some "hand gestures" in a shadow puppet way iykwim and it was a distraction to the hearing impaired.

TheDarkReaver - Yeah, ASL and BSL is very different sign language. I did a good thing to brought the suggest a thought and idea to other people will like this idea.
I am thinking will try on my own self portrait with ASL. I am thinking Butterfly in ASL and others sign language will stay still without any moving hand. Sign Language can have your own meaning with words. Again once more that I am proud of brought this suggest. Hope you will enjoy this idea and a thought.
