ok guys, I need to stress out on my DPS family..This morning I purchased some actions from a photographer whom I admire alot, I have been trying to contact her but she e-mailed and said she has no time ( I assure you I am just as busy) What type of customer service is that!!!!!! I need to know talking to someone how to get these actions into elements 7...Does anyone know. Can you e-mail me at jbandkl@verizon.net a contact number and I will call you, can someone be kind-hearted enough to walk me through this without wanting $100 ...Please !!!!

First, if you're gonna knock 'em, Knock 'em by name. None of this anonymous crap!
Second, if you go to MCP actions, She has videos on installation which are free. I don't buy many actions as I make my own, but the few I have bought have been from Jodi and one other person. Quote:

Also, make sure that the actions CAN be installed in Elements and its not just for photoshop.
And I TOTALLY agree. if someone is providing BAD cust svs - tell the world... Heck put something on her FB page

I know when you are in CS or PS, you open up a photo, go into actions bar , click on load actions, then go to the desktop folder you created or downloaded the actions too and click on one, hit click on load and there you go. You do this method for ever action.
