Default ARGGGH Learning CSS

Anyone have a quick way to learn css in depth or is there no short cuts to this?

I am used to using dreamweaver templates. SO - I have the site laid out with a template because it is easy and am applying the CSS to each page as it is made. Is that right?

For web design if it is not brain dead design mode I won't get it. I just don't mix with code.

you might want to look into using an external style sheet, if you are applying the same style across all of the pages, it can be added to the template file to work across all of the pages...much faster than adding CSS to each page, not to mention much cleaner code in the long run..

Pretty easily done using the CSS window from with DW

W3Schools Online Web Tutorials take the css trail.

Try designing a page from scratch just using CSS.

Above all its practice. Also try joining the CSS-d mailing list and asking the same question css-discuss.org

Thats about it really.

Can give you some tips if you want too. Feel free to email me if you want.
