Default Who has websites?

Hi guys,

I have been shooting for about a year now, and want to put together an online portfolio to showcase work and maybe start attracting (paying) clients. I'm not sure where to start looking for an actual website. I've considered using services like BluDomain and Livebooks, but not sure if they are worth the money. Would hiring someone to build a site that I then need to maintain make sense? Please keep in mind that HTML and I are not really great friends, so the simpler to use, the better.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance all!

Kris

most folks here have sites, there are plenty of options to get online quiclky and easily, specifically designed for selling prints, zenfolio, smugmug, shutterbug, ect...hiring a web developer will cost you more, and be more complicated....as much as i would like to solicit your business, I won't, as there are better options..

The two I see the most are Zenfolio and Smugmug.
I picked Zenfolio.

I use Flickr more for social stuff and I use my website for my portfolio and other information and that uses Wordpress.

check out the link to my photography website in my signature, if thats something you want to do, it's pretty easy to create.
