Default If the eye were a camera?

It apparently has the same angle of view as a 50mm lens on a full frame cam.

How would it compare with some other aspects of cameras? For example, I can't seem to focus both on my finger in front of my face, and something far away. (one eye only)

What would be it's max iso/exposure etc.. in regards to gaining a clear picture in the dark, etc...(think it's actually just a slowly opening aperture...)

anything you can think of~
