Default Closed theme park

So I'm taking part to a photowalk on Thursday.. nothing new about that. But first time I get to go to a theme park when it's closed. There will be 13 or so of us photographers wandering around the place at noon. Not sure how freely they let us roam the premises though. The place isn't really huge but they got few roller coasters and all that jazz.

But my question to you guys is what kinda shots would you go for?

Is it just closed or is it totally closed down and starting to fall apart?

If the former then I would be looking at capturing more close up detail. Normally lots of colour and patterns in these places.
If the latter then go for the sense of desertion showing some of the more dilapidated rides (you know peeling paint, dirt, cobwebs etc).

Sounds like fun though.

Just closed for the winter. Then in spring they'll open up again.

Juxtaposition can be very powerful... In this case, the juxtaposition of emptiness where one usually see crowds.

Just one way of looking at it.

I can imagine the tracks and supports of roller coasters could have potential for great shots - parallel and converging lines, curves of the track, etc.
