I have black and white muslin fabric which is crap because I cant get all the wrinkles out. I like the clean seamless look and I bought some white vinyl from Joann fabric so im gonna test that out. What do you all use? Is there a specific vinyl i should be using? Whats the cheapest/best way to go for a backdrop?

Backdrop for?
Since I'm mainly using backdrops with macros, I use a high gloss black tile, and white computer paper (or a white wall), or a piece of black cardstock (or black fabric or a black chair). Obviously those solutions won't work though if you're looking for backdrops for people though.

White computer paper is a good idea for macros.I read that people also use just plain white paper (in a roll) for backdrops for people. And wrapping paper which sounds fun!! Its cheap too! Im gonna have to try that too! Anyone do this? How does this work out?

White seamless (on a 9' wide roll) for when I need that white seamless look. Most of the time I use a wall, plain and simple.
