I just got hired on at a photography studio, only downside to is that it's a big chain corporation, which I don't really like. But my boss is an old family friend, and her sister, and they pretty much hired me on the spot to take photos. :0) I'm so excited!

Good for you, may it turn out to be rewarding.

I turned down a spot as a lead for Olan Mills a few years back when I discovered that the guy I was to replace expected me to make loud clapping sounds to make babies stop crying for photos. I was appalled, walked out and never called them back.

Hahaha, That is actually where I work. It was a holiday job, offered me a part time, still debating on taking it or not. :0)

And yeah, claping doesn't always work, granted, once to make a kiddo stop crying I danced arond with a giant elmo doll while singing and trying to take photos at the same time (good chance for some candids I got of him.)
