I have recently set up my own website and hope to make photography my new profession...if I can get over the hurdle of the contract/release form!!

Does anyone have any idea what goes in the blank space of the following paragraph:

Agreement as follows:

For good and valuable consideration of ___________________________________ I hereby grant the undersigned Photographer permission to photograph me. I further give my irrevocable consent to Photographer and his/her direct or indirect licensees and assignees to publish, republish or otherwise transmit the images of myself in any medium for all purposes throughout the world.

Help!!

You need one to protect yourself and to educate your clients about copyright violations and doing whatever they wish with your images.
