Default Give photos for free (or not...)

I've been asked by a friend if I would give her "a few" of my photos of Irish landscapes so that she can send them to her sister, who is looking for Irish landscapes to make a calendar in America.
Being new to photography, I was wondering what the normal practice is. Should I....

1. Give her the photos and be flattered that she thinks they're good enough?
2. Give her the photos and make sure that I put a visable watermark on them?
3. Give her the photos and agree a percentage of the money from sales?
4. Tell her that she can buy them from me, as she in turn is looking to make money from them?

I'm not so conceited to think that I am anything more than a newbe taking some photos as a hobby, not a professional, but on the other hand, she's going to try and make money using my work.

I'd love to hear what advice other people have to offer.

3 or 4, which ever will get you the most money.

Make sure you write up a contract.

start by asking for her sister's email or other contact. cutting your friend out of the loop might help avoid strained and awkward questions when it comes to money.

once you have it, ask about what she's doing, how she's doing it, why she's doing it. all questions that will affect what you deserve. it's one thing if she's going to run thousands of copies and looking at making tens of thousands... its another if this is a small run that she's doing for a local charity or fundraiser for example.

if she wants to see samples, make some small images that are watermarked so that she can see what she's looking at, but making them completely unusable for the purposes.
