Question Arizona State Fair?

I know there are some Arizonans on this board so I was wondering if you could help me with a question about entering the AZ State Fair. I am thinking about entering the amature photography division and I am a little confused about the requirements. So here is the description from the exhibitor handbook for this year that I am wondering about:

4. All prints must be on mat board. Prints must
have a 1/2” to a 1” border around print for the mat
board. No frames, foam boards or fiber boards.
Entries that do not adhere to these rules will be
disqualified.
5. Mat boards must not be thicker than 1/16”.

First off I am wondering about mat boards are they just talking about a mat board like you can buy at Michael's? Also am I right in thinking that they just want the print stuck to the board? It just seems almost too simplistic to me? Also there is no mention in the requirements regarding hanging materials. So, how do they display them at the fair?

I would love to hear from anyone that has entered the AZ State Fair before.

Thanks for the help.

Sorry. No clue but Jamie probably has you answer. What a cool idea though. I'll give it some thought myself. The last time I was at the state fair was when I 10...that would be 56 years ago!
