Talking Big Day
Well it's my Birthday today so line up everyone and wish me a happy birthday! I would have never thought when I turned 28 I would have quit cigarettes for over 9 months and have a brand new baby boy to feed every 2 hours and do laundry several times a week now due to all the spit up on his clothes and mine.

Now I get to stop by Baskin Robbins after work to pick up an ice cream cake.

It was tough to quit smoking fags but after 2 months of being fagless it got a lot easier. I don't miss having a fag in my mouth anymore. Dealing with a baby that has colic has made me want to go to the local watering hole and pick up another fag but each time I tell myself it's not worth it and my willpower becomes stronger.

I am up to about 2 packs a day now myself. I quit for 4 years once, and still can't figure out what the actual trigger moment was? Congrats on being smoke free!

Happy Birthday!! I quit smoking 16 years ago. I used nicotine chewing gum to help me quit. Got on private prescription from the docs.

Happy birthday! I quit smoking about eight years ago. One of the toughest things EVAR! Now, however, whenever I get within fifty yards of someone smoking, it almost turns my stomach, depending on what brand it is.
