Anyone used Cameta Camera before?

Just wondered if any one has experience purchasing from this store? I'm trying to purchase a new body and they seem to be the only ones that have stock.

I haven't used them, but based on that, I'd probably feel ok about ordering from them.

Oh, yes, I can see it. They have a 9.03/10 6-month rating and a 8.99/10 lifetime rating.



And I just realised that we actually did buy a P&S for my Dad from there and they were super quick. We ordered through Amazon (which is why I was sitting there going: it sounds so familiar). But we got expedited shipping and arrived early and was really reasonably priced.

Nicole, thank you so much. I've tried three different Internet connections and five computers and nothing will open the Ratings site. So I'm off to place an order! I need to check the firewall later to see if it is stopping that site.

I think I got my 5DMarkII from them via e-bay. No complaints.

Great, nice to know as I've place the order, but will have to wait until next week to get it as they will only ship USP to me and USP is truly snail mail here.

I've used them and I would concur; they are top notch. You should have not trouble with them. They do a ton of business through ebay and if there were problems it would show up quickly there. You don't get to be as big as they are without doing a lot of things right.

Thanks Lee, I didn't know about them prior to doing a search and finding them with stock. I was a little more shy of the purchase because no one else has the body available and they do and it gave me pause as to why. Hopefully it all goes smooth for me as well.

I wanted to buy my camera from them and thus did a bit of research, and from what I could find, they seem to be a great store. One thing pissed me off about them: on their e-bay listing page they listed all the countries they don't deliver to, and Bosnia wasn't one of them. I tried to place an order and got an error saying they don't deliver to Bosnia. I e-mailed them to ask if they would still deliver and why didn't they write it, but I didn't get a kind response.
