Living in Australia

I know this is probably an off-topic post, but since DPS has many Australian members, I though that I could get some insight of what is like to live in Australia.

I currently live in Argentina, and the prospects of developement there are not good. So me and my family have been thinking on going overseas to somewhere better.

I know that Australia has a clear immigration policy that allows people to live there if they fill some requirements, and I also know from publications and some comments that Australian people is tolerant to foreigners and that living conditions are really good.

That’s why I want to ask you if you could give your comments about how’s living there. Would you recommend Australia for someone who’s thinking of starting a new life?

hi Gabriel, i would be glad to give you some feed back on life in Australia.i know many people who have made a new life in Australia they have moved here from all over the world and they love it .they are all working and earning good money depending on their skills of course.We can travel all over the place without having to go through border checks and that sort of bull. We are a sport mad nation with everything you can think of played here , footy,rugby,soccer,tennis,swimming,cricket,golf,ne tball,car racing,motorcycle racing,lacross,basketball,etc etc.i think there is a lot going for Aust.compared to some countries. im not saying we havent got problems but if you look at the big picture its a great place to live and a fantastic place to bring up kids.i hope this brief bit of info helps you out, if you have any questions feel free to pm me and i will do my best to help .Kym
