how to improve better clarity of picture

i tried to take a video but it dint turn out to be best
while still taking the video the clarity was gud...but later during motion the video totally blurred
its best camera Olympus
but i dont knw how to improve quality
tis is the video which we wer taking about

we uploaded the video for competition this our first video
with ur suggestion we will improve quality next time

I don't even know what that was I just watched. Did you shoot that against a flat screen TV?

Anyhow, I don't know what it's like there but, here, that wouldn't pass for much. I would suggest learning Adobe After Effects and reshoot...
