I have never been a huge fan of Google's image hosting Picasa. It is free, you get a ton of storage space and it does have some tools for fixing redeye and make minor adjustments to digital images. In short, it's a good starter program with features that fall far short of what a pro needs. However, Google just added a clever new program you may be interested in. A facial recognition program lines up the faces in a slideshow type presentation, so if you want to, say, show the progressive growth of your children, this would work well.
