Your mess is immaculate compared to mine. I don't dare post a photo, you'd gag.

Here's mine on an exceedingly rare clean day. Sadly, two of my assistants shown in the photo are no longer with us

Ha! I'm too embarrassed to take a photo of it I'll decribe it instead. Right now I have the telephone, monitor, pc, hands free ear piece, fly spray, empty pick 'n' mix cup, watch, my daughter's silver "first tooth" pot, my cat's eye drops that we got from the vet 2 weeks ago, my son's day glow slime he got out of a horrid joke kit, wallet, stamps, lego, canon sx 120, "kids go free" voucher for lego land Windsor, Delta Ilford 400 film canister, bank statement. knitting needle, batteries and Club Penguin coin.

Suffice to say I really need to get enrolled to Fly Lady..... again!

CheaperKings, that hasn't even seen a mess. >.>

Here be my humble setup.

Not particularly messy nor neat. The ceiling cat in the corner and the duckies are integral part of the whole setup of course.

I don't even have a proper desk!

Photobucket

The laptop is half off the surface because the geniuses at Toshiba decided to put the fan underneath the computer. When the laptop is fully on the surface it has a tendency to overheat. Also it means there is more room for my drink.

My workstation is the laptop perched on the corner of the dining room table - which is surprisingly uncluttered this morning, but which will surely collect random flotsam through the day.

Don't laugh, but here is what mine looked like until a few months ago. Not so much a work station as it is a craft room, library, computer room and all that. I say that it looked like this, past tense because our cats got fleas while we were on vacation. By the time we got home, they were all over the house. This particular room was literally infested. So I had to pack everything up and put it in storage, while my husband ripped the carpet up and threw it out the window (he didn't want to drag it through the house). Now I am just waiting for cash flow to get new flooring, then I plan to put it back just like this. Right now, I just sit on the sofa with my laptop. My camera junk is strung all over the house. I am hooked up to all of our printers, EHD and other electronic stuff through our wireless network. That stuff stays in my husband's office. You all have not seen gross! His office is down right nasty. Old moldy dishes, blue prints piled to the ceiling, 1/2 inch of dust on everything. I refuse to clean that room. He is a big boy and can do it himself. If he took care of the initial nastiness, I might be willing to help with weekly cleanings though.
Anyways, here was my room.
