Default Instant film (polaroid)
Does anyone know if I can pick up some Polaroid type film at Target/Walmart or can I only pick it up online? Thanks!

I am pretty sure they don't make it anymore and those who stocked up aren't selling it for cheap. My daughter has one of those cameras and we just threw it away because you can't find film anymore.

I want a polaroid SOOO bad, but I can only find the film online and it's insanely expensive. They discontinued it, I hope maybe they will decide to bring it back!

Polaroid's film division went bust a few years ago. The guys behind The Impossible Project recruited much of the technical staff and bought most of the equipment and are now making it in limited runs from the Netherlands. It's not cheap, but hey.

For now it's black and white only (last time I checked), but theyre talking about all sorts of crazy stuff.

Thanks everyone!!

I had to clean out one of our rental houses this past week (they just moved), and they left a bin of random items. I actually found an old polaroid camera (I'm not sure if it works), and a pack of film! I did a happy dance right there on the spot!!!! How random was that?

I have been able to purchase the instant film at our local WM but it is crazy expensive...you get 10 pics for about $15! So don't waste it if you find it! You can also purchase it at WM online!

That's nothing. Most places in town here are selling 10-frame packs for $45-50
