Hi Gents/Ladies,
I'm new on here, but big favor to ask. I'm a Product Development Intern at T-Mobile working on requirements/standards for cameras on phones-> I have a quick survey(3-4min for the slowest) just so I can gather some data/info on what expert/aggressive camera(dslr) users feel would be awesome to see on phone cameras. -Your feedback goes directly into the improvement of cameras on phones, as I coordinate directly with HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Nokia... NOT SPAM, Thanks for your help!! Feel free to pass on to anyone else who would be willing to help. Comments and Ideas are much MUCH appreciated. LINK-> Camera Usability/Functionality Survey - If you'd like post your email on here and I'll send you results, and the presentation I'll be making in about 4 weeks. Are you serious? You want the opinion of people that spend thousands of dollars on equipment so that you can improve the cameras on mobiles?
I think you are asking the wrong demographic. Find a bunch of young (12-18) people that don't really give a rats arse how minuscule the sensor is and fire away. The local skatepark is one suggestion that comes to mind.

I took it, but I doubt you will learn anything from it. You ask questions about things like RAW and most phone users would not have a clue. You ask about megapixels and most consumers assume more means a better picture - may or maynot be true. You will likely get the answers you are looking for the way this survey is designed -- that is a bad thing. You need to redesign it to ask what people need in a phone to take better pictures, not what technical things they want as most are clueless.

I agree with kirbinster about the questions not being the best they could've been.

I felt the survey was asking the right questions. I also sent the link to my kids. They all use camera phones a lot.
My sons have google phones. Number one complaint is no flash. They complain they have to be on the surface of the sun to take a decent lit picture

Good survey, but I never use my cell phone camera to take pictures. For some reason that's just wrong. My kids do, but I don't use that function. Besides, "What would Ansel Adams think?"

I took the survey. Although I rarely use my cellphone camera - unless I want to keep a photo on my phone (I use them as avatars so i can see who is calling me without reading the #)
